DISCREET PACKAGING
At actaviz, we completely understand our customers needs for discreet packing. For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked (plain) or standard USPS Priority envelopes or boxes.
Shipping rates are based off your location.
Standard Shipping can range from $6.45-$8.95
2 day express shipping can range from $13.95-$15.95
SIMPLE RETURN PROCESS
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, Wocklean will replace it at no cost to you. Notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest.
Don't throw anything away until you speak with a rep; we might need the package back! In the event, you're asked to ship a package back. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
If the product is not damaged and you would like to return your order, you will be responsible for the return label.
